COMPANY SUMMARY:
HyperQuest was founded in 1999 to provide services that automate many processes within the Property & Casualty insurance industry. Over the past eight years HyperQuest has risen from an unknown start-up to a profitable business supporting some of the largest insurance companies in the country and world. Since its inception HyperQuest’s technologies have expanded to provide clients solutions such as claims routing and workflow, real-time auditing, procurement, subrogation services, and business intelligence solutions.
PREREQUISITES:
The candidate must have a bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years prior successful outside sales experience. The candidate’s sales experience must be in new business development. Experience in selling software or enterprise services would be an advantage. A strong record of developing new business contacts and closing new accounts is essential. Insurance industry experience and early stage company experience are an advantage.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Must possess excellent analytical and relationship building skills. The candidate selected for this position will be accountable for the successful growth of HyperQuest’s core business services and will lead the market introduction of HyperQuest’s new services. It is an absolute requirement that the National Account Manager selected for this position have unwavering belief in his/her ability to successfully penetrate a marketplace and successfully sell new and innovative technologies.
Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and a working understanding of the Internet is required. The ideal candidate will possess strong, innate capabilities in the analysis and interpretation of data. It is through this analysis and interpretation of data that you will effectively communication HyperQuest’s value proposition to prospective clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The National Account Manager will drive revenue and profit growth for HyperQuest. The National Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of identifying, developing and maintaining relationships with HyperQuest’s target markets and strategic partners.
- Drive profitable top-line growth for HyperQuest
- Know the decision makers at each account and understand what motivates them.
- Know and understand the customer’s strategies, objectives, standards, policies, and procedures and how the organization and/or business functions. Recognize the customer’s capabilities and limitations.
- Be aware of the competitive environment in the industry and inside the customer’s business
- Demonstrate strong market knowledge and understand how accounts can maximize market sales. Communicate opportunities through thorough understanding of market policies and programs.
