POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Accountable for contributing to the top line sales growth of the Company. This position is responsible for all aspects of identifying, developing, and securing mutually profitable relationships with HyperQuest’s target markets and strategic partners.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive strategic relationships with insurance clients and HyperQuest’s companywide growth strategies and plans

  • Ownership and accountability for the sales performance of the accounts under management; drives the sales priorities, efforts and account strategies.
  • Know the decision makers, contributors, and influencers at each account and understand what motivates them.
  • Know and understand the customer’s strategies, objectives, standards, policies, and procedures and how the organization and/or business functions. Recognize the customer’s capabilities and limitations.
  • Be aware of the competitive environment in the industry and inside the customer’s business.
  • Demonstrate strong market knowledge and understand how accounts can maximize HyperQuest solutions mix to best accelerate and support their strategic and tactical plans.
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimize account’s ROI, and company’s profitability and growth.
  • Communicate technology and service opportunities to the appropriate internal business units.
  • Develop and maintain strategic industry relationships.

DELIVERABLES/EXPECTATIONS:

  • Sets goals and objectives for achieving targets for assigned business portfolio.
  • Development of plans for meetings annual budget elements related to the portfolio under management.
  • Personally builds and maintains active interaction and dialogue with senior executives at major customers, and prospects, to understand their business strategies and claims management needs.
  • Conducts regular reviews of key account performance and service results to identify and capitalize on opportunities for improvement.
  • Tracks customer service performance. Leads and encourages the team’s actions for constant improvement in support of client and company objectives.
  • Responsible for input on the development of applications that support better solutions (current and new ideas).

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Extensive experience, 3+ years, as a sales executive with a robust and proven track record. Prior experience should include strategic/large account leadership, customer support experience, strong process orientation and a customer/client centric orientation.
  • Experience selling to the Property & Casualty insurance industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Extremely high ethics, values, and integrity... and the demonstrated ability to earn the trust of multiple constituencies.
